I am a rural property specialist and Auctioneer right here in the Loess Hills. I have an absolute passion for the outdoors and especially the countryside. I enjoy the rural Loess Hills lifestyle, the great people and sporting opportunities in this area. My wife Nicole and I live on a large farm in the Loess Hills where we are able to enjoy all the hills have to offer. To me the Loess Hills are the crown jewel of Iowa's landscape and I love connecting others with great properties in the Loess Hills. Agricultural land, hunting land or rural residential acreages are what I do. I am a sportsman and enjoy hunting Iowa Whitetails during the archery and muzzleloader seasons. Spring time brings another favorite, Iowa turkey hunting in the Loess Hills. The hunting opportunities here are just incredible and when it comes to Iowa hunting land, some of the best of it is right here in Western Iowa’s Loess Hills which run right along the Missouri River Valley. My original career plans had been to work in Conservation. In college I studied Fish and Wildlife Biology but life lead me down another road. Before becoming involved in real estate I spent almost 20 years as a police officer and police chief. My passion for the Loess Hills led to the creation of this website and a new career in real estate sales focusing on rural properties only. I created Loess Hills Land knowing every other agent was overlooking the beauty and significance of the Loess Hills.
